So the Ford Fiesta is here, and it had been touring America in it's European form for quite a while. Our version is pretty much the same car is the Europeans get, but Ford STILL uglied it up a bit for us. Why, I'm not sure. It seems to stem from the fact that North America has this obsession with between-the-headlights grilles.
The 5 door fares a bit better than the sedan on all accounts, but note the resilient 3 bar chrome grille (thankfully sedan only). Both the sedan and 5-door get chunk, chrometastic fog lights to replace the simple round units in the Euro model, and the sedan gets an oddly overweight looking body due to the tacked on trunk.
