HUMMER is classically made for the tuner market. The big SUV is butch, rough on the edges, basic inside and extremely capable off-road. What a lot of HUMMER H3 owners complain about is the lack of vooma under the bonnet, and GeigerCars has provided.
Using the vehicle’s 5.3-litre V8 as a basis (Mzansi was only given the 180kW, 3.7-litre V6), Geiger strapped on a supercharger to produce 315kW and a brazen 680Nm of torque. All this make the Geiger H3 take off from 0 – 100km/h in 7 seconds, with a top speed set at 238km/h. These performance figures are associated with such hatches as the Ford Focus ST and MINI Cooper JCW.
The car is fitted with full body kit mostly made of carbon fibre.
